Primary Duties and Responsibilities
​

Conduct neuropsychological and psychometric assessments.
-
Ongoing liaison with the client's management team (Psychiatrists, GPs, and other therapists and specialists)
-
Ability to work with short, medium and longer-term client presentation
-
Maintenance of professional case notes, file management and ethical standards
Selection Criteria for this position
​
Essential Qualifications
​
-
Full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
-
Endorsement by AHPRA in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology.
-
Registration with Medicare as a provider.
-
Currently holds (or is willing to obtain) Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.

A minimum of 3 years of postgraduate qualification experience working as a fully registered psychologist
Knowledge, Skill & Experience

Demonstrated skill in counselling and case management of Adolescents and Adults
-
Have excellent clinical skills, able to assess and potentially diagnose using relevant assessment tools/tests (such as WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-III, ABAS-3, Wechsler Memory WMS-IV, Conners 4 and others).

Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively
-
Ability to manage caseload independently but collaboratively in a team environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable
​

Qualified in ADI-R/ADOS-2 Autism testing
-
Sound computer literacy skills (we are a digital practice).

Experience in working with high-functioning adults with Autism and/or ADHD.

Qualifications and desire to supervise Psychology Interns/Provisional psychologists
