Some practitioners may require more information before they can accept the referral – if so, we will be in touch. Once we have all the information we need, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. Our staff and practitioners are very busy; while we will try to contact you as soon as possible, it can take up to one week for us to respond. ​ Please see our appointment process here.

We are committed to providing the best possible care to our patients, which means we cannot always accept all referrals. While we may not always provide a reason for not accepting a referral, it is usually due to our psychiatrists' capacity.
